Ninth Island Sauvignon Blanc showcases our cool climate vineyard sites in the North of Tasmania. Vibrant fruits of passionfruit and black currant with black currant leaf and fresh herbaceous notes. Tropical fruits of passionfruit and gooseberry with black currant and lively cool climate acidity.

As far as my palate is concerned, ninth island is my favorite. It has the perfect blend flavour, crispness and aftertaste that I enjoy. It is my preferred cool climate sb.

A great white crisp wine from northern T asmania excelent with seafood, and enjoyment after dinner, every body should try it at least once. I had it with Blue Eye Cod and it was to die for.
