A limited edition collaboration between Swedish distillers Herno, and Australia's own Four Pillars, this Gin combines distilling expertise from the two distillers.
Sweet citrusy notes, orange, fresh eucalyptus and deep notes of crispbread, blue junipers. Juniper comes through on the palate with an array of candied citrus and eucalyptus. On the finish, this is nutty and sublime hints of chocolate accompanied with lemon and deep blue juniper berries. A slightly numbing feeling from the Tasmanian pepper.
