About this product


The fruit for the Gabrielle Chardonnay is hand picked in the cool morning. Whole bunches are pressed into a mix and new and one year old French Oak. It is then left to its own devices, undergoing a wild fermentation, to produce the interesting and complex flavours of grapefruit peel, lime, cashew nut, and brioche. It remains in oak to develop further for nine months.
