Tapping into the Adelaide Hills' regional pop-star variety, this has all the expected vibrant tropical fruit aromatics, passionfruit of course, with typical herbal extras, lantana bush and tomato leaf. It's all aided by well-balanced acidity with mid-palate richness that adds some structure to the finish. Decent summer drinking.
