Good heat, good taste, good texture and not too hard (for jerky). Nice vinegar/chilli flavour and no nasty beef aftertaste. Solid option for jerky lovers. 0.8g carbs per packet too.

Not too hard. Texture works well in combination with the fairly thin strips. A little bit of chew but you can tell there's some tenderness. Heat is good, reminiscent of the flaming hot version. No nasty beef aftertaste, great vinegar/chilli
