Light straw with a fresh green-gold hue, with a fine and persistent bead. Lifted nuances of yellow peach and white flowers, complemented by the secondary spectrum characters of sourdough toast, natural yoghurt and honey. A powerful and rich palate expressing flavours of grapefruit, honeycomb and brioche. Built around a firm acid line this elegantly structured wine exhibits great persistence and a dry, fresh finish.
