PlantagenetWyjup Collection Blanc de Blanc
About this product
The Wyjup Collection is crafted from the finest parcels of fruit in Plantagenet's pioneer vineyards first planted from 1968 at Mount Barker, Great Southern. The Blanc de Blancs spends a minimum of 24 months on tirage before disgorgement. Complex aromas of citrus, white stone fruits and toasty brulee notes and a layered palate of lemon curd, nutty brioche and minerality. A bright, elegant and dry sparkling wine with a fine persistent bead and lingering finish. Food pair with cured ocean trout, salmon roe and brioche.

Vintage 2017
94 points Wine Orbit
The bouquet is fabulously elegant and inviting with crunchy apple, lemon zest, white flesh nectarine and subtle yeasty characters. It’s concentrated, flowing and lingering on the palate with bright fruit notes as well as fine texture and vibrant acidity, finishing long and gratifying.
