Fumé Blanc is produced from Sauvignon Blanc and is barrel fermented in new and used French oak barriques. The beautiful ‘Fumé’ aroma of toasted oak is matched with tropical Sauvignon Blanc fruit.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
