From the esteemed house of Jean-Marc Brocard, the Premier Cru Vau de Vey vines cling on to a very steep slope. Located on the left bank of the Serein River and facing East, this terroir provides rich and delicate wines with a marked minerality. 100% Premier Cru chardonnay, fermented using natural yeast, then aged in 50% stainless steel and 50% old French oak for 14 months. The wine is a pale gold-green colour. A tangy, clear and precise wine with wonderful intensity of zesty orchard fruit.
