Less reductive than the slightly higher-priced sibling, but still reductive. Yet not at the forfeit of blue-fruit allusions, tapenade, dried nori and violet. This is where the clutch needs to sit, neither looser nor firmer. Full weighted and polished, yet alive and jubey in the mouth, with some vanillin sweetness at the seams. Real flow and length. A ridiculously good wine at this sort of price.
