About this product

After training in hospitality and then at the Lycée Viticole de Beaune, François d'Allaines spent 3 years in a wine house in Beaune specializing in estate wines.  He founded his own company in 1990 to buy and sell wines that he personally selected. Since 1996, the François d'Allaines house has been responsible for the vinification of grapes and sometimes musts from fine terroirs.

Vinification, ageing and bottling are done entirely under his control in the cellars of the estate in Demig
