About this product

Taste: Lifted aromas of lemongrass and basil, combine with citrus and apricot fruit. The palate is vibrant and well balanced with pear and apricot fruits, lovely fresh herbs and a hint of almonds. A textured and vibrant wine up front with a dry, mineral laden finish. Vineyards: Amadio Vineyard Adelaide Hills, Slate Creek McLaren Vale. Winemaking: Grapes from both regions were harvested separately in the cool of the morning and gently pressed off skins. The juice was then fermented in stainless steel tanks producing a pure and vibrant expression of Fiano.
