About this product

25 years chemical free, Estate grown Figs poached gently to extract the sweet fig aroma, essence, and earthiness. The gin botanicals and spirit show early on the nose with all the fig showing on the palate.
Pour over ice and enjoy or add some lime for a flavor explosion, a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity which stretches the profile, then add a little good tonic to create the perfect G&T.

Refreshing and fun!! Perfect served on ice with Kapi Blood Orange and a wedge of lime. Even those who don't usually like gin have enjoyed this. Perfect anytime of year but especially a hot summers day!
