100% delicious Albarino produced on the Atlantic coast in Galicia in the north west of Spain, between two estuaries. Of course, the food match here is seafood, pulpo (octopus) in particular. It's so delightful with intense and elegant aromas, alongside hints of white stone fruits and white flowers. The proximity to the sea gives the wine its freshness and saltiness and the granitic soils enhance its natural minerality. On the palate, the wine is rounded and full- bodied, with a light petillance that adds to its vivacious sense of freshness, and there's an impressive persistence on the finish.
