Cool tank ferment, partial barrel fermentation in old oak, aged on lees for 8 months. There is so much to like here. Straw-light gold. Hay, white peach, grassy notes bring plenty of fruit intensity and lift on the aroma. It's backed up by depth on the palate, quince, pear, lemon zest and some lively, juicy acidity.
