Makes the best roast gravy

Brown your roast cut, then put it in the pressure cooker with this beautiful Golden Oak Sweet Apera (as your liquid source). Cook to liking and then use the liquid to create the most delicious gravy EVER!

I drink this a lot in winter. I use to drink port but have changed to this. Can be too sweet on its own, I add water. I also put it in trifle.
