Harvested in the cool hours of the early morning preserved vibrant fruit flavours and aromas. The wine was fermented as separate batches and blended together after several months on French oak before bottling.

Lovely wine. Medium-weight at most but its core of boysenberry and jellied black cherry comes splashed with pepper spice, cocoa and roasted nut characters. Sweetness, savouriness, fruit and spice; it's like a scroggin of wine. The net effect is that it's delicious.
