‘Hand picked, wild fermented, 10% whole bunches, 14 days on skins 15 months maturation. This is a very attractive medium bodied wine with blood plum, red cherry and spice aromas. The tannins are fine and soft, but the wine is so well balance it will live long. The key is the 17 vintage and the modest alcohol.
