Fiano is now reasonably well known in Australia, with quite a few local versions popping up around the country. The grape is native to southern Italy and Sicily, where we believe the best versions are made. This wine is from the Salento region and impresses immediately with its floral and fruity aromas. The wine is boldly fruited, displaying ripe Bartlett pear, stonefruit and yellow plum, with a textural honeysuckle note. Clean and fresh on the finish, it’s very easy to find yourself on your second glass before you know it!
