Housed in virgin American oak for 3 years, this single cask grape based spirit is fashioned from Iron House's Oceanside Vineyard grown fruit. Carefully developed overtime to bring forth a classic Brandy flavour mixed with a depth and profile that is at the same time both enticing and unique.



This water of life has a wealth of character on the palate. With a buttery almond nut smoothness and wooden vanillas marrying well to the dried fruit taste of sweet raisins and figs. A mineral finish matched with a high alcohol warmth of caramel toffee and cinnamon give this freshly disgorged distillate a slow release that lingers for some time to come. Engineered to be enjoyed, crafted to be consumed, it is with pride we release this upon the Australian spirit landscape for all to indulge in.
