The wine is from Pays d'Oc and the grapes used were Grenache, Caladoc and Cinsault, harvested at night to maintain supreme freshness. The exacting winemaking was aimed at preserving maximum purity and concentration of flavour of the fruit. Color: Cherry pink. Nose: Aromas of cherry, white flowers and a surprising grenadine flavour. Palate: Rich and well-structured in the mouth with a real fruity character and a long finish.

Light bodied red wines have a water-light mouthfeel and light flavour impact. Often pale to light/medium in colour.
