100% Chardonnay is produced using the






Charmat method which differs from






the Traditionale method as the fermentation takes place in a pressurized secondary autoclave






instead of in the bottle. 



The palate has light crisp fruity flavours that dance around your mouth whilst maintaining a good balance of acidity to offer a brut style finish. 



Light and bright with it's steady stream of effervescent bubbles rising from the bottom of the glass.
