Dry, Medium Bodied style of ShirazThis bright, sophisticated, cool-climate Shiraz has a wonderful generosity of red fruit, pepper and spice, that are subtly complexed and supported by the vanillin hints and fine tannins of the best French oak. Meticulous and painstakingly management of our twenty-year old vines ensures the wine is equally enjoyable as a fresh young wine or after five to ten years in the cellar.

Medium bodied red wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often medium in colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
