Pale gold. Intense lemon grapefruit honeydew melon aromas. Attractive fruity wine with buoyant ripe generous lemon curd, melon flavours, attractuve yeasty complexity, soft integrated acidity and persistent bubbles. Very well balanced cremant style wine.
