I got a chance to try this at the taste testing booth at Dan Murphy, I was suprised how nice it was, smooth and delicate. Not too sugary sweet either. I’m not personally into flowery liqueurs, but I was impressed by this.

St. Germain is my go-to addition to gin cocktails. The sweeter floral taste pairs well with more acidic fruits. Gin, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, lemon juice, ginger beer - delicious!
