Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Extreme drought preceded the 2020 vintage, resulting in a small harvest. Georgia's Paddock fruit was complemented with friends' grapes from within the region. Another high-alcohol, difficult year with an unknown percentage of Georgia's Paddock blended with other Heathcote fruit. The result is rather more bullish and lush than what we might normally taste, but this is definitely rich and endowed with Heathcote class. And, yes, signature Georgia spice is on show.
