The wine is well structured with these generous dark berry fruit flavours complemented by the chewy, lightly drying tannins picked up from the skin contact during fermentation. Has the depth of fruit to be enjoyed now but also has the good structure to improve with further bottle age. Delicious now with everything from a cheese platter to a full flavoured meal.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.

Deep colour with a touch of development to it, the bouquet is likewise, with fresh clean tobacco-leaf, raspberry and blackberry flavours, a hint of mint, the palate showing good depth of bright fruit and ripe tannins. A very good cabernet with a little development, which makes it all the more enjoyable young. Great value.
