Wow. Isn't this a bargainWow. Isn't this a bargain? It's juicy, it's silky, it's beautifully balanced and so fresh on the finish. All three varieties have their say. You don't have to wait for it, but it will wait for you. It's juicy, it's silky, it's beautifully balanced and so fresh on the finish. All three varieties have their say. The soft and savoury red berries of grenache, the strength, spice and dark berries of shiraz and the tang and meatiness of mouvedre are skilfully blended in this flowing, layered GSM. A little oak, a regional cocoa note, plus a brambly dried mint and sage character are to be found, also. There's plenty going on in the flavour department! This would be perfect with rustic dishes such as ragu.
