About this product


By day Dave Verhaul is creating delicious vermouths, at night he manages a busy kitchen at Melbourne restaurant Embla. He uses moscato petit rouge and shiraz grapes, to create a well balanced, sippable vermouth. Vanilla, coffee beans, burnt orange and hazelnut all jump out of the glass. Serve over ice with a wedge of blood orange or in a classic negroni.
