77% cabernet sauvignon, 20% merlot, and 2% malbec grown on seven vineyards in Yallingup, the parcels separately fermented using various techniques, matured for 18 months in French oak (30% new). A sophisticated and elegant wine with a mix of violets of the bouquet and redcurrant and spice fruit flavours on the palate, savoury tannins providing the bedrock.
