About this product

Colpasso Nero D’Avola is a Siciallian native, made by partially drying a portion of the fruit, then blending it back into the wine for greater complexity and intensity. The finished wine has a lifted and generous spicy nose with dark berry fruit highlights on the palate. Great with grilled meats.

deep, dark and smooth with complex spice notes. This wine was a hit alongside a spicy Indian Korma and equally as impressive with a tangy Thai salad. This is my newest favorite red for all occasions. And the price is sensational.

had this with friends over a Thai/Indian curry meal and it could not be better paired. it balanced out the sharpness of a Thai salad and mellowed with an a fiery Indian korma sensational value for money.

I have really been enjoying Nero a'Avola lately and this Sicilian beauty is my favorite so far. Dry but easy drinking. Flavours of dark berries and a hint of spice. It's a winner.
