About this product

A collaboration between French winemaker Gille Lapalus and Australian bartender Shaun Byrne, Maidenii combines the best of both nations. The two men have worked carefully to capture the natural flavours - which include wormwood and wine sourced from Victoria.

a benchmark for other vermouths to follow, it slightly fruity but with the integration of the botanical gives it a complex and round finish, a great base for a martini!

Lovely layers of flavour, great over ice with soda water. Or in place of Pimm's No 1, as you like it. Works beautifully with West Winds Sabre gin in a 'Northside Centini' - look it up, mix it up and give yourself a treat!

Not being a Vermouth drinker I was sceptical if I would like this, well I am a convert and very happy to be one. This vermouth is easy and delicious, a curiously satisfying flavour that is tricky to pinpoint exactly what the best bits are.
