The Herradura Añejo Tequila is aged to perfection. Blending modern and traditional distilling techniques, añejo was first introduced to the world by Casa Herradura in 1962. Since then Herradura Añejo has aged in American White Oak barrels for 25 months – an incredible 13 months beyond industry standards. The result is a remarkably smooth, amber-colored liquid that melts on your tongue leaving notes of cooked agave, toasted oak and dried fruit.

I have had over 600 different brands of Tequila in my travels. I would say for value for money and for great taste and smoothness this is the best all-rounder. So many flavours in this Fine Tequila

A real smooth sipper, you won't be disappointed if you give this a go especially if you are a whisky or dark rum fan. I enjoy this best in an old fashioned. A real nice twist on a classic cocktail.

Best shooting Tequila , so smooth, no burn but still has that warm invigorating feeling in the body. Flavour is rich and gentle, almost feels like its not 40% because its so smooth. Goes great with Coopers Pale Ale.

For the price I think this is one of the best sipping Tequila's on the market. Very smooth, no bitterness or aftertaste. This is the Tequila equivalent of a fine single malt scotch.
