Fee Brothers has been a family business since 1864, creating  some of the very best and unique bitters for added depth and perfect flavour balance in cocktails. Their West Indian Orange Bitter is made from the skins of oranges grown in the West Indies, producing a fine flavour perfect for a classic Gin Martini.

Lovely smell, no colour though like usual bitters when mixed into my G&T. The flavour is quite subtle so I added a little more than usual... I actually think I'll use it in my cooking too!
