Pale straw in appearance with greenish hints and a fine, persistent bead. Sweet, floral notes of acacia and white flowers, supported by notes of golden apples, candied lemon, and hints of lime peel. On the palate, the mousse is delicately creamy, with a well-balanced, lemon sherbert sweetness and a soft, silky finish of juicy fruit. A highly aromatic upgrade to the Maschio DOC Prosecco, with excellent freshness, subtlety, and length.
