Dash on down to the deli' and pick yourself up some pate', cheese, charcuterie and a baguette, and, maybe, some cornichons. Lay it all out, pour a glass of Les Trois Clefs Cotes du Rhone and, “voila”, here you have a very enjoyable lunch.
Les Trois Clefs is designed as a modest entry level southern Rhone red, but surprises with the amount of supple fleshiness it displays. A hint of dried herbs and some elemental dusty tannins add to the authenticity and enjoyment. Bon apetit!
