Versato pinot grigio from Alto Adige - Sudtirol is a premium white wine by any measure. Generous and multi flavoured, the wine has great dimension and holds the imbiber’s interest far longer than a “week-night quaffer”. Let’s go with the flavours (all under-pinned by crunchy minerality, by the way) - apple, stonefruit, citrus, peach skin, pear, fine pepper and white flower aromatics. The texture is creamy with a very slight leesy phenolic note and a sustained finish
