A sparkling that shows off what Tassie can achieve. It's a gorgeous match for pan-seared scallops. - Decoded by Nick Veanes

A 56/37/7% blend of chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier from '06, '07 and '08, all from the Pipers River area. Pale pink-bronze, it is a super-elegant style, beautifully balanced and with a very long palate. It is the Dom Perignon style compared to Krug/Bollinger style of Arras.
