Blessed by great weather conditions, the 2021 vintage in Coonawarra saw an abundance of high-quality fruit harvested. Clearly, some of it made its way into this bottle. The talented winemakers have captured the essence of Cabernet Sauvignon, here - juicy black currants, red fruit, dark fruit, toasty oak, and an earthy chocolate quality. A hint of coffee spice and light-grained tannins at the finish will make this an ideal match with lamb or beef.
