Old Tom Gin 700mL

Lightly aged in small re-charred French oak barrels, KIS Old Tom is classic style brought about in Prohibition London. The addition of local aniseed and lemon myrtle adds a sweet character to this old-style gin. First created to serve at the Tasting Australia Origins Dinner, KIS Old Tom was awarded Champion Australian in a field of 44 gins, at the ADSA 2016. Served neat over ice, garnished with charred cinnamon.
