Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.

This demonstrates the skill of Mark Pearce as he takes parcels from the powerful northern and vibrant eastern Barossa and silky Eden Valley fruit, employing his typical approach of new and used French oak. It's intense and deep, but doesn't threaten as its name might suggest. What is beyond doubt is its longevity.
