I used this to make a choc mint baileys for Xmas night cap... 30ml of this stuff with 30ml of choc baileys, 60ml cream 60ml milk. Shake it altogether with ice. Ahhhhmazing!

Marie Brizard really packed a lot of mint taste into this liqueur without it tasting like toothpaste. I use it to make grasshopper, and I had to drop the volume so the drink doesn't taste overly minty. Using less to get the results I want,
