About this product

Established in 1888 in the heart of an exceptional domain, Henry Fessy is a traditional family-run house renowned for its production of Crus Beaujolais.
Morgon is the second largest cru after Brouilly. Here, Gamay produces generous, robust wines which are fruit-forward with notes of cherry, kirsch and apricot. With a good cellaring potential Morgon comes close to a Burgundian Pinot Noir.

Beaujolais never disappoints and this one is another great example of a nice easy to drink wine.

A great wine especially if you’re into Burgundian style wines. Can‘t think of a Pinot Noir that matches the characteristics and easy drinking style of a Morgon wine.

Morgon Beaujolais was recommended at the Dan Murphy's shop I go to, but I personally prefer the regular Beaujolais Villages. I have to say I found this a little heavy and at times sharp, whereas the regular Beaujolais is far easier to drink
