About this product

An outstanding modern Australian Riesling with great cellaring potential. Careful winemaking allows the premium fruit from the pristine Eden Valley to take centre stage. The vibrant nose offers fragrant fresh lemon Or lime blossom, with notes of bath salts. The refined palate is delicate and pure, showing a slaty minerality and a taut line of acidity. Enjoyable to drink now and will only get better with cellaring of up to 25 years.

Whilst on the more pricey end of Riesling was a cracking wine, delivered on what a Riesling should, well structured and nice acidity. Delicious

Given+some+of+the+reds+St+Hugo+produce+was+looking+forward+to+this+wine+but+have+had+cheaper+Riesling+that+were+a+lot+better++

I purchased this wine on the strength of publishes reviews. Unfortunately I found the wine to be almost metallic on the palate and lacking fresh and juicy flavours on the palate. I think as a young wine it would have been as per the reviews
