From the Upper Yarra's red volcanic soils, 80% whole berries, 20% whole bunches, open-fermented, matured for 10 months in French oak. The scented bouquet is filled with red fruits and flowers, the palate taking the wine onto another level with its elaborate tapestry of red and blue fruits offset by a spicy/savoury cross stitch. Great outcome for the vintage.
