A big, bold, and unashamedly powerful Barossa Shiraz that showcases polished winemaking with an elegant twist. Opaque and very dark purple in the glass, it bursts with a saturated core of dark plummy fruit, ripe blackberry, and black cherry. The palate delivers a dense, compact concentration of flavour, where charry vanillin oak and rich cooking chocolate interweave with a glossy, seductive mouthfeel. Balanced by a fine thread of acidity and gripped by firm, suede-like tannins, this is a heavily structured wine built for the long haul.
