2024 Penfolds Bin 144 Yattarna Chardonnay – New South Wales, South Australia and Tasmania. Pale colour. Fresh grapefruit, lemon curd, lanolin, tonic water aromas with flinty notes. Bittersweet and textured with pure grapefruit, lemon glacé flavours, fine chalky bittersweet textures, attractive mid-palate volume and fresh long indelible acidity. Finishes al-dente chalky and minerally. Lovely energy and flow. 12.5% alc Drink now – 2045 97 points. Tumbarumba, Adelaide Hills, Tasmania. 8 months maturation in 60 percent new and 40 percent one-year-old French oak barriques
