EPC is an innovative, new Champagne grower-producer, established in 2019, with a modern approach that focuses on traceability and sub-regional focus through close collaboration with local Champagne growers. With its house style of low dosage and low sulfites, this is a fresh new take on Champagne that celebrates the purity and diversity of this unique region. Prominent notes of apple and yeasty brioche on the nose, reminiscent of fresh apple pie. Fresh and vibrant on the palate, with an expansive mouthfeel and deliciously concentrated, with savoury flavours of salty ginger biscuits and refreshing, subtle notes of camomile. A beautifully composed Champagne combining the freshness of Chardonnay with the house's generous style.
