EPC is an innovative, new Champagne grower-producer, established in 2019, with a modern approach that focuses on traceability and sub-regional focus through close collaboration with local Champagne growers. With its house style of low dosage and low sulfites, this is a fresh new take on Champagne that celebrates the purity and diversity of this unique region. A blend of 65% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay. Aromas of redcurrants and lemon, with a hint of oyster shell and subtle biscuity notes. Soft yet rich and powerful with a creamy, expansive smoothness. A very giving and generous brut Champagne, thanks to the high proportion of Pinot Meunier in the blend.
