Originating from Val de Loire this pale and expressive floral white develops beautiful exotic fruit flavours. Fresh and well balanced this is best enjoyed young, with seafood or crudites.

I used to drink chardonnay and switched to Sauvignon Blanc. This is my favourite white to date. For a Sauvignon Blanc the flavours are more balanced than the NZ wines, with hints of olive as well as fruit - leaning towards chardonnay.
